Book time with someone on Cresca

Open their link, pick a time, leave your name and email. No account needed.

Someone sent you a cresca.ai/book link. You do not need a Cresca account to use it — it takes a name, an email, and a couple of taps.

How to do it

  1. 1

    Open the link

If they offer one kind of meeting you land straight on the calendar. If they offer several you pick first — the page says “Pick what kind of time works best.”

  2. 2

Choose a day and a time

The arrows move between months. Days with nothing open are not selectable. Times are shown in your own timezone.

  3. 3

    Fill in Name and Email

Both are required — the email is where your confirmation and calendar invite go. The host may have added a few questions of their own, and if they offered more than one place to meet you choose it here.

  4. 4

    Confirm

The button says Confirm booking when the time is yours immediately. It says Request this time when the host approves each one — then nothing is final until they reply, and you hear back by email either way.

  5. 5

    Check your email

The confirmation carries where to meet, a calendar invite, and a link back to the booking.

Changing or canceling

Use the link in your confirmation email. It opens your booking with Cancel this booking on it — or Withdraw this request, if the host had not confirmed yet.

There is no way to move a booking to a different time from that page. Cancel and book again.

Keep that email. It is the only way back to a booking you made without an account.

If something goes wrong

  • “This booking page isn’t available” — the link may be wrong, or the host is not taking bookings right now.
  • “That time just became unavailable” — somebody took the slot while you were filling in the form. Go back and pick another.
  • “We couldn’t confirm you’re human” — the anti-spam check below the form needs completing again. Your answers are kept; tick it and resubmit.
  • “This link isn’t valid” on a cancel link — it may have expired, or the booking was already closed.
  • “Too many bookings from this address right now” — a rate limit. Wait and try again.
