PEOPLE & PRIVATE MEMORY
What the Cresca Memory is
One Memory holds everything that passes between you and Cresca.
Every person you keep has a Memory. So does Cresca. The one named Cresca holds what passes between you and us — nothing else goes in it.
What is in it
- The welcome message you got when you joined.
- Announcements from Cresca — new features, changes worth knowing about.
- Your conversations with the Cresca team: questions, bug reports, feedback, suggestions.
- Getting Started, behind the compass in the top right.
What is not in it
The activity log is not here. Notices about people, meetings, events, forms, and reminders are about the rest of your world, not about Cresca, so they live behind the bell at the top of ☰ instead.
Notes you write about people are not here either. Those belong to that person’s own Memory.
How it reads
Newest at the top, like any other Memory. Each conversation with the team is its own card, so a new question never buries an older answer.
Announcements are one-way — there is nothing to reply to. If one prompts a question, type it in the box at the bottom and it starts a new conversation of its own.
Tap an announcement to read it in full. Swipe it left to archive it — that tucks it away rather than deleting it.
Where to find it
Tap ☰ in the top left of the home screen. Cresca is in the list with your other Memories. Settings → Help & Support and the Help entries under + open the same place.
