Permanently delete your account

How to do it

1. 1

   Open Delete account

   ☰ → the gear at the bottom → scroll to the very end of Settings. Delete account is the last thing on the page, below “Sign out of this phone” and “Sign out of all devices”.

   Read the deletion list

   Review the profile, Cards, connections, notes, recordings, transcripts, meetings, forms, and organized events that will be removed.

3. 3

   Complete confirmation

   Enter the requested confirmation exactly. Do not continue if you are signed into the wrong account.

4. 4

   Expect immediate sign-out

   You are signed out on all devices. Cresca’s current flow describes underlying deletion completing within 30 days.
