Request a copy of your Cresca data

Submit a data-copy request in the app; Cresca currently prepares it manually.

The app’s full data-copy request is different from the Web’s immediate contact export.

How to do it

    Open Settings

    Go to Me → Settings → Request a copy of your data.

  2. 2

    Confirm your name

    Enter the requested confirmation information.

  3. 3

    Submit once

    Cresca currently prepares the export manually and says it will email a download link within 48 hours.

  4. 4

    Protect the download

    The export may contain sensitive relationship information. Store and share it carefully.
