A QR code or business card won’t scan

How to do it

   Choose the correct scanner

   Use general Scan for Cresca QR codes. Use Scan a business card when you want contact fields from a card image.

   Check camera permission

   Allow Cresca to use the camera in iOS Settings.

3. 3

   Improve the view

   Clean the lens, use even light, avoid glare, and fill the frame.

4. 4

   Try the library or manual entry

   Choose a sharper saved image or add the person manually.
