Credits and usage
What credits are, what spends them, and where to see what you have used.
Credits are what Cresca's AI features run on. Everything else in Cresca — your cards, people, notes, events, and meetings — works without them.
What spends credits
AI work spends credits: transcribing a recording, reading a business card or document, summarising, and asking Cres a question.
Writing a note, saving a person, creating an event, and sharing your card do not.
What you get
Every account has a monthly allowance. It resets at the start of each month.
Where to see your usage
In the app, tap ☰ in the top left, then the gear at the bottom for Settings, and open Usage. It shows how many credits you have used this month and how many you have left.
If you run out
AI features pause until your allowance refreshes. Nothing you have saved is affected, and the rest of the app keeps working.
Your plan and credit balance live in your account, which you open in a browser. Sign in and choose Plan & credits from the menu.
